Hazel Bixby

Born and raised in St. Louis MO, Hazel graduated from Hazelwood Central High School. She immediately entered the business world and has over 25 years of professional business experience working with a
diverse group of companies to include government, medical, IT staffing, construction, and accounting.
She has a passion for learning something new every day, helping her company be the best it can be, and treating people with respect and compassion.
Some of Hazel’s areas of expertise include:
- Client and employee onboarding and offboarding
- Updating and analyzing company spreadsheets and documents as needed
- Learn, use, and manage various software and online programs as needed
- On-site human resource and benefit representative
- Assisting with managing marketing for the firm
- Maintaining and organizing confidential information withing various online systems and within DropBox
- Assisting Firm partners with projects and tasks as needed
Some of her more significant accomplishments include:
- Aided custom onboarding system working directly with the creators/developers to fit company needs, as we had outgrown the current system
- Assisted in the implementation of an onboarding/offboarding/ERP system for a spinoff company that was unknown to myself and the developer that was a huge success
